At Dance With Beats, we strive to provide a positive and engaging experience for all students. Please review our Refund Policy carefully before registering for classes.

1. General Policy

All class registrations and fees are non-refundable, except as specifically outlined below.

Due to limited class sizes and advanced scheduling, we are unable to offer refunds for missed classes or changes in personal availability.

2. Monthly Programs & Class Packages

• Monthly tuition or class packages are non-refundable once the session begins.

• No refunds or credits are provided for:

  • Missed classes

  • Late arrivals

  • Schedule conflicts

  • Personal or family reasons

Enrollment reserves a spot in a limited-capacity class.

3. Cancellations by Dance With Beats

If Dance With Beats cancels a class due to instructor availability, weather, or unforeseen circumstances:

• A makeup class, credit, or partial refund may be offered at our discretion.

4. Medical or Emergency Situations

In the event of a medical emergency:

• Refunds or credits may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Approval is not guaranteed and is at the sole discretion of Dance With Beats.

5. No-Show Policy

• Failure to attend a scheduled class without prior notice is considered a no-show.

• No-shows are not eligible for refunds or credits.

6. Payment Disputes & Chargebacks

We encourage customers to contact us directly with any concerns before initiating a payment dispute. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in suspension of enrollment or future participation.

7. Policy Changes

Dance With Beats reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
